​Can I say how much I enjoyed my visit to Fawley, please? I didn't have a problem getting there after all, and spend several hours walking around and on the train. I was extremely impressed by the museum, and I could have spent a lot longer there. The welcome I received from the stewards was very good, and what was welcome was their interest and enthusiasm for the site. I know how difficult that can be, and I'm very grateful for their help.

Thank you so much to you, other volunteers, and Lady McAlpine for hosting us on Sunday, we had a great time. It was a shame the steam engine was not working but these things happen. It would be great to visit again when it is working, is it possible to attend another invitation day in the future?

Just writing to say a massive thank you for the lovely time that my dad and I had today at Fawley. The Museum and Railway were stunning and the volunteers were amazing. Such a treat to see the late Sir William McAlpine's collection and to appreciate his dedication and passion in preserving items relating to Railway history. Thank you once again for the invite, it certainly was a day to remember.

We are just back from our day at the Fawley Museum and railway and would like to thank you for your part in making a wonderful day possible for us. We would love to visit again and are wondering if it might be possible for us to go on the list to be invited again on another invitation day please?

We would just like to say that we had a fabulous time at the Museum and on the train. All volunteers were extremely kind and really informative, didn’t know what to expect expect but the animals made it an added bonus. We hope to return at a later point, thank you for inviting us.
